Stayed for 5 nights, had a great time. Owners extremely nice and helpful. The place itself looks great and very chill. The food they make was very nice as well! Beautiful garden with a variety of trees and plants. Well-maintained. Friendly and helpful team. Owner organized tours with a friendly local guide. Loved my stay and prolonged it more than once. Great location, comfortable beds, clean dorm bathrooms. Denis' pasta is a must-try!

I recently stayed at La Urraca Loca in Ometepe for a few days and had a fantastic time. The hotel is clean and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly helpful and even booked a great all-day tour for me. I loved the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, which made it easy to meet other travelers. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, and they provide free purified water and laundry service. a wonderful place to stay in Ometepe.

I recently stayed at La Urraca Loca for a week and it was a small paradise. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great advice on the island. The hostel had a beautiful jungle feel and the dorm was spotless with a comfortable bed and big private locker. The breakfast was delicious and the hostel had a relaxing garden setting.

I had the most amazing stay at a lovely cozy hostel on a peaceful island. The owners were so organized and helpful, they doubled as a travel agency and planned out my entire trip. The dorm room had fans and bug screens, and outside there was a beautiful garden with hammocks. The hostel also provided clean drinking water and delicious salads. The location was quiet, but there were nearby restaurants and I highly recommend getting your own transportation to explore the island. I highly recommend this hostel for a peaceful and well-planned stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this garden-view room. the spacious bamboo and wood design was lovely, and the bed was super comfy. the separated shower and toilet in the same room were a great feature. Breakfast was delicious and the owners, Denis and Patricia, were very helpful. the wifi was also excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The bathrooms and showers were always clean, which was a big plus. The location was also great, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Plus, there was a natural pool nearby, which was a nice bonus.

I found the hostel to be lacking in social activities and nightlife. There was nothing happening during the evening, and most people seemed to go to bed early.

I recently stayed at La Urraca Loca in Balgue for a week-long vacation. The location at the bottom of the Madres Volcano was stunning, and there were fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The owners, Dennis and Patricia, were incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was wonderful. They assisted with scooter rentals and organized a memorable hike up the volcano. The homemade bread at breakfast was delicious, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the presence of their two friendly dogs added an extra touch of warmth to our stay.
